How to Order
• Orders can be emailed, faxed or phoned in.
• All necessary contact information is located on our Contact Us page.
• Please provide the following information when placing an order:
- Contact information; including name, phone number, fax number or email address and how you prefer to be contacted.
- Plant species
- Size (i.e. container size, plant height, or caliper)
- Quantity
- Date needed
- How order will be received (i.e. shipped, picked up, or delivered; please include address for shipping or delivery)
- If substitutions will be accepted for unavailable species or sizes, please list acceptable substitutions.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Prices: All prices are FOB Karma's Forest Wholesale Nursery and Organic Gardens. Prices listed are wholesale pricing in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quantity discounts are available; please Contact Us for more information.
Minimum Order: Wholesale orders are a $200 minimum. Orders under $200 will be considered retail. All sales are by appointment only please.
Terms: A 25% to 50% deposit is required to secure all orders, and is due upon order confirmation. Amount of deposit varies depending on size and complexity of order. Orders without a deposit may be reduced or cancelled in the event of shortages. Orders cancelled or reduced within 3 weeks of scheduled ship date may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Unless credit has been established, balances due on orders are to be prepaid, including shipping and handling or delivery charges. Accounts not paid with 30 days of shipment will be charged a 1.5% monthly finance fee. Accounts 60 days past due will default to COD or cash in advance of delivery.
Shipping: All orders being shipped will be sent UPS unless otherwise stated. All shipping is to be paid by the buyer and is done at the buyer's risk, FOB Karma's Forest Wholesale Nursery and Organic Gardens. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the buyer's invoice. Karma's Forest will not be held liable for delays or plant damage while in transit. All claims for damage during shipping are to be filed with the carrier, not Karma's Forest.
Pick-up and Delivery: Orders can be picked up at the nursery. To ensure the order is pulled and ready, please schedule a date and time for pick up. Delivery is also available. Delivery costs vary; please Contact Us for delivery pricing to your specific location.
Guarantee: Karma's Forest carefully inspects all plants before they leave the nursery to make sure they are in good health and are true to species. Orders are taken and confirmed subject to plant conditions; severe weather and other conditions beyond our control. Upon delivery/receipt, the customer should inspect all plants. If there is a problem with the order, all claims must be made within 5 days. Corrections will be made at Karma's Forest's discretion and will be in the form of a replacement. In the event a replacement is not available, credit will be issued in the amount limited to the purchase price of the plants. We cannot guarantee plants once they have been transplanted, due to a number of reasons that are beyond our control.
Chemical Free: Karma's Forest does not use any chemical fertilizers, pesticides or fungicides. Our goal is to eventually propagate all species of plants that we sell. Until we are able to do that, we do at times, buy some stock from other nurseries and cannot guarantee that they were grown chemically free.
Can Re-use Credit: After initial purchase, used containers, sized 1-gallon and up that are not broken or damaged, can be returned to Karma's Forest for a can re-use credit to be applied toward your next order.
